Crisis Management at Microsoft Navision Implementations
I offer my Project Management services as a very experienced
consultant, who can master emergency situations occurring
when projects have ”already gone awry” or when projects are
in a crisis.
You might be caught in a political logjam and need an
outsider to break the impasse. I'll help you discern and
work through political and organizational issues, get team
members to set aside their differences for the good of the
project and take responsibility for the actions required to
move the project forward.
I'll help both sides (customer and partner) finish the
project.
If finishing the project with the current partner (or at
all) isn't likely, I'll tell you that in about a week or two.
I combine business process knowledge with deep technical
skills. I can look if what developers have done is congruent
with what project manager is saying. I can tell about system
design issues that might cost you in the future (and help
partner solving them).
I'll help partner with development and project management
issues.
By making sure project stays on track, I'll help customer
sleep better at night.
